• Terms of return (3-7 business days according to your financial institution)
• State of return (e.g. no services have been rendered)
• Reason for return (e.g. cancel scheduled services prior to project start)
• Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
• Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
