No. We do NOT offer any free estimate, diagnostics, repair, consultations, or work. There is no sense in a FREE estimate when you have the expert onsite and available to do the work right the first time.

No. Each job is quoted with an estimate. The initial service visit is not FREE because it requires travel, labor, time, and parts. The estimate reflects requested services. If additional parts are needed or services are requested at the site visit, the final invoice may reflect a different balance. Additional work must be approved by client.

Yes. We offer a 1 year warranty on all parts and labor. This is normal wear and tear. Natural or man-made destruction is NOT included in this warranty. We help with insurance claims with lighting and irrigation damage due to lightening.

We operate 24-hours per day 7 days per week , but fulfill only scheduled requests. Requests are not a guarantee of a scheduled appointment. Only appointments set by management and confirmed by clients will be honored. 

Yes, both. We know your home is an investment. We take pride in doing the each job right the first time. Commercial clients have found our work equally professional and satisfactory.  

Depending on the amount, you will be subject to a lawsuit or small claims case resulting in a judgement and additional fees. Nonpayment may also result in negative credit bureau reporting. We do not negotiate final bill amounts where there is not error.

Historically, we have accepted good faith payments. However clients who have previously paid late, will now have to prepay with a credit card. We're accepting new commercial clients willing to prepay.

Irrigation and lighting are investments for your home and business. Our final prices are not negotiable.

We do not compare our performance or rates with other companies. Often we have been called to repair work other companies have neither guaranteed nor completed.
