- One-year warranty is provided for all parts and labor.
- Warranty does not apply to winterization and start-ups.
- Quotes or estimates are provided the same day or following the troubleshooting.
- Quotes or estimates are good for ten days or given deadline.
- The service fee for troubleshooting is same day credit card charge.

you agree to have an account set up for payments to be received though Bill or Bill.com or http://www.bill.com. Our customer can review invoices and payment history.

- Verbal and/or written contracts are required for service calls. Work is only performed when the requestor permits the company or its owner or employees or point of contact to move forward.
- No work is performed without permission. Requestor assumes responsibility to pay and/or inform the payer, household member, treasurer, account payable, accounting department, or other responsible party of the services that requires payment.
- Unpaid services will be submitted to the small claims or higher court depending the amount of balances.

- All customers who have received services and need additional help following the service call must put in a written request for follow up, warranty claims, and any unsatisfied work. You must follow this format and make a good faith effort before taking any action of public complaint, negative reporting, negative customer review, legal action, Better Business Bureau claims, or erroneous license complaints to North Carolina Landscape Contractors' Licensing Board and North Carolina Irrigation Contractors' Licensing Board.
- Electronic invoices include the licensees' license number, while written invoices include the bond stamp.

- The estimates the final price. Each job is quoted with an estimate. The initial service visit is not FREE because it requires travel, labor, time, and parts. The estimate reflects requested services. If additional parts are needed or services are requested at the site visit, the final invoice may reflect a different balance. Additional work must be approved by client.
- We perform emergency repairs. We operate 24-hours per day 7 days per week , but fulfill only scheduled requests. Requests are not a guarantee of a scheduled appointment. Only appointments set by management and confirmed by clients will be honored.
